Members of Parliament (MP)
White background with black text, prefix MP or AG, numbers 1-128 temporarily given to in-office members of Lebanese Parliament (e.g., MP 001)

Orange background with black text, prefix D, format D NNN-NN, contains country code and car number (e.g., D 201-54)
